Hey! My name’s Rylee. I just bought this home and am looking for a roommate, preferably in their late teens or twenties, who is clean and friendly. The home has 3 beds and a single bathroom which is shared. We also have 2 living rooms which is great for those who may already have furniture! The price of $ includes all utilities, a private room, full access to the laundry room, bathroom, kitchen, sunroom and living rooms. The house has a large backyard and pets are welcome for an extra $ a month. Currently, myself and my roommate who is a women in her early twenties live here, we found eachother on this app a few months back! I also have a 1 year old dog who is sweet and keeps to himself.
