I have a larger in size . I am renting the second bedroom with its own bathroom. The room comes un furnished. In the common area there is. There is also a walk in pantry. A good sized dinning room. A big living room. A fireplace. A washer & dryer in unit. It is a first floor unit. In a very quiet area. Up against the woods. A big porch. With lots of wild life at the porch doors. I would like to rent to an LGBTQ person preferably. Yet depending on the person. It isn’t a must. The vibe is important! I do not have cable but I do have internet. No smoking & No drugs.
