Hi there! I'm looking for a lovely roommate to share my newly renovated two and a half bath condo in the heart of Brentwood.

• Renting bedroom ( square foot) with in-suite bathroom and large closet
• Rented room is unfurnished but the rest of the condo is furnished
• New hardwood floors w/ area rugs
• Tandem parking
• Washer/ dryer in unit
• New renovated kitchen
• New renovated bathrooms
• Beautiful views
• Internet
• Central air/ heat
• Guest parking
• Walking distance to Central Brentwood/ San Vicente Blvd.

Your monthly portion would come out to:

• $ LA DWP
• $3 gas
• $ Wifi
• $ cleaning lady
• Payments made via Zelle

As with electricity and gas it all depends on the usage.

A little bit about me: I am a quiet, neat, organized and peaceful female professional. I am looking for someone who is easy going and would be happy to live here. I am open to either female or male. No pets as I am allergic to the cuties and I am not a smoker. I like sunlight and fresh air. I am fully vaccinated and social distance when necessary. I work remote 1 day a week and 4 days in the office.
