6 month Short term rental of room with private balcony. Shared bathroom of my self and two kids. Will accommodate bathroom schedule to your needs. Comes with private parking spot. No smoking and no pets. Utilities included.. need to get back on my feet after surgery. This is not a party house and we keep to ourselves monthly income will also go towards a twice a month maid cleaning. Toiletries and food not provided. Bedroom is furnished with a xtra storage in garage if needed. Located on beach and Adam’s in Huntington Beach
