Hello! I am renting the second floor of a two story home. Tenant will have access to 2 rooms and 1 full, private bathroom. As I complete renovations, you will be able to utilize two more rooms on that floor as you see fit. You will have access to the kitchen and common areas on the first floor, as well as washer and dryer in the basement. If you smoke (cigarettes or weed) I ask that you do so outside. Please maintain a clean area and be considerate of the noise level at night. Otherwise I don't care what you do, just don't do anything that would put either of us in danger.
