I work from home full time and I have a 8 year old every other week. I have 2 dogs. Amenities include laundry, Swim spa/hot tub, grill, water softener, patio, and driveway parking with plenty of street parking. The street is not a through street so there is little traffic or noise.
The area is very quiet and nice.
