SHARED 2 Bedroom APARTMENT

Must pass background check, rental history and verified income. $40 application fee, payable by money order to property management.

$600 to move in.
Rent includes all utilities and high speed internet. Length of lease will need to be discussed.

2nd month prorated if you move in before the 1st of the month.


This is a ROOM in a shared 2 bdrm apartment. Full use of apartment including fully stocked kitchen, TV, couch, ground level apartment.

Your room mate is a disabled 53 year old male, artist, gamer, streamer and very quiet. Easy to get along with and sociable at times. I would make a great mentor to any college student.
