Funished, safe and private room

Description

Looking to rent a second bedroom in my spacious Four-bedroom condo. The condo is located in the safe neighborhood of New Berlin and has close access to I-. The room is fully furnished and included full size bed, walk-in closet, bench seat, wall-mounted tv, large dresser and a lighted ceiling fan. Room has plenty of storage to meet all your needs as well. All utilities are included such as AC/Heat, electricity, water, and even Wi-Fi. Driveway parking for a single vehicle included along with free use of washer & dryer. Almost exclusive use of a large bathroom with walk-in shower included.

Their are several restaurants close by, a health center, movie theater, hospital, and some shopping locations all within walking distance. Downtown Milwaukee or Waukesha are about a twenty minute drive and other communities such as Brookfield, Elm Grove, Hales Corners, Muskego, and West Allis are even closer.

I work from home M-F and do IT Administrative work for a large enterprise corporation. For the most part, I live a quiet life. I don’t smoke, party and I really don’t drink. I’m not into drugs so even recreation drugs will not be permitted.

I do have a energetic, -lb, Jack-Chi dog who loves everyone. (He is pictured in one of the bedroom pictures) I try to keep him out of the bedrooms, but he likes to be close to people. My dog does get along with cats, but condo association has strict rules about dogs.

Ideally, I’m looking for a female roommate that can be somewhat social. I have family in the area, but my job can be socially isolating, so it would be nice to have a roommate that enjoys conversing once in a while. I enjoy watching TV and reading. I’m not a great cook, would enjoy a roommate that enjoys cooking once in a while, but not required though.

It is really important for me to find someone who can openly communicate since establishing trust is important in this kind of living situation. Age is not critically important as long as you are responsible and honest.
