One bedroom is available in a townhouse in west poplar from Nov . The rent is $/room. Utilities are not included and will be split among three people (you, the other roommate, and me).
You will need to share the same bathroom with another female roommate.

I’m a working professional working from home. In my free time, I like to work out, do anything outdoors, go out for a drink or stay at home playing video games or watching anime. I have a small but very friendly dog who always appreciates the attention. The other roommate and I are easygoing and open to how things should work within the house.
What I ask:

- clean up after yourself in the shared space
- no smoking
- pets are allowed, but we must ensure they get along with my dog.
