Two small rooms for rent at $ a piece for a single person or $ for a couple per room including internet, utilities except cable television. Both rooms are partially furnished with a bed frame, new mattress, one small night stand and tv wall mount. Please note I said TV wall mount NOT TELEVISION. Laundromat is available 1 time per week preferably the weekends. No kids at this time.
