looking for one (female, preferably college student) roomate to fill a room in this duplex apartment.
DETAILS:
- Apartment is located in Normal Heights off of Adam’s Ave. Very walkable neighborhood, lots of bars/resturants/shops/grocery stores in the area
- Rent is $ each, water utility included. We split sdg&e
- Apartment was originally a 1bedroom but my current roommate and I converted it into 2 bedrooms for cheaper rent.
- Shared bathroom.
- No Dogs Please (the space is unfortunately too small to house one)
- The apartment is a duplex unit, we only have one neighbor nextdoor and she is also a young student, so we’re just looking for someone who is around our age range who would fit in well, it’s basically barbie land around here lol. MOVE IN: NOV FIRST.
