Looking for a roommate

I live here with my yr old daughter !
It's a 3 bdrm upper level of a 4 plex .
We have one washroom ,a laundry room , kitchen and living room all shared with us !
The room is ( unfurnished )
Down deposit is half months rent / month to month ! Please give one month notice if your to move so we can have the time to find another roommate ! Ty
All utilities and Internet are included in the rent!
