Private rooms available for rent in a single-family house. We are renting out 2 rooms in our Bath single-family home. Well ventilated with ample natural light located minutes walk from Morgan Hill downtown. Our home blessed with spacious backyard with a beautiful Hill view. Close to public transport (less than 2 mins walk to bus) and near to city hall/library, shopping centers, Fitness Gyms, coffee shops, and freeways. One room is furnished (Rent $) and other one is unfurnished (Rent $). Guest renter(s) will have access to the living room, kitchen fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven/stove. Other kitchen essentials will have access based on mutually discussed & agreed. The guest renters assigned hallway bathroom is spacious (twin sink) with plenty of cabinet space. The common laundry room is equipped with full-size washer and a full-size dryer (included in rent) - You would be employed, responsible, respective and communicative.
