Room for Rent for + Male/Female

Hi, I'm Steve. I have a ten foot by ten foot (plus closet space) room for rent in a gated community in Riverside's northside. Shared bathroom. Renting to a single male or female; no couples or children please.

I'm pretty easy to get along with. Not squeaky clean but clean enough. I'm renting the room to share the apartment, so I'm looking for someone who's friendly, too. You won't need much to move in. Except for your bedroom furnishings, the entire apartment is furnished. This includes cooking utensils and plates, cups, etc., which you're welcome to use.

Amenities include: refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, in-unit washer & dryer, dishwasher, central heat & A/C.

You are also welcome to use the audio/video system, too. Move-in costs are first, last, and three hundred dollar security deposit. Free wi-fi, other utility expenses shared.

Property management will require an application for: credit check, proof of employment, references. All standard stuff today.
