We don't drink or smoke and are looking for some one with a stable job.
The room is furnished we can supply bedding if needed. 2 weeks rent in advance required and $ bond. The complex has a nice pool area right outside of our front door. All bills for internet and electricity are included (with in normal usage) in the rent. $ One person or $ Couples.
