Utilities are included. The house is located a block from Lynndale Park, a twenty two acre multi-use park. I'm looking for someone to stay at least 6 months or longer, but the rental agreement is month to month. Single Person Only. Background check and employment verification is required. I have a cat and a dog and cannot accommodate additional pets. They are friendly and may try to charm you for food. Dog is very excited when he meets someone for the first time, and when you come home. I live a healthy lifestyle. I enjoy cooking, reading, gardening, yoga and Pilates. My job keeps me busy in the corporate world, Monday to Friday.
