I’m a professional published songwriter and model looking for a room to rent. I’m also a very quiet, clean, and reliable person. I’ve got great references and pay my rent on time all my life.

I’ve written multiple tracks that have been on tv, placements and sung by big artists. I’m currently working on soundtracks and pitching music to films and work at outside studios. 😌

I would love a room for long term.

I get full disability every month month because I have Ankylosing Spondylitis which is extreme rheumatoid Arthritis. I also get checks for royalties that I live off.
