We’re looking for a fourth roommate for a room that just opened up. Co-ed living situation. Must be pet friendly and LGBT friendly.
We’ve been in this home for a year now and have really enjoyed it here. The landlord is very responsive and helpful. Background check required along with two previous pay stubs. We are very cleanly and have a system for chores, so that everyone participates in keeping the place nice and tidy.
