The room:
$pw for the house total) +bills split evenly, bond is $, unfurnished but we do have a spare double bed if needed. The room is approximately m , and has 3 power points!(we are all incredibly jealous as the other 3 rooms have 1 each)

About the house:
It’s an old brick house with a few steps up to the door, large living room, kitchen (with oven, gas stove top, and dishwasher)and dining spaces. There is one step down to the bathroom and back door and a few steps from the back deck down to the laundry with front load washer, dryer, and hills hoist.

We are a min walk to Rockdale train station (which is mins to central), a min walk to Rockdale plaza
