Room with large closet available

Description

Private room available in a shared home situated in a nice quiet corner of Fountain. The available room is on the upper level of the home which includes shared kitchen, living room, bathroom along with backyard and deck access. I’ve got a dog door installed for the furry roommate and she enjoys a fenced in back yard. I love dogs and would totally welcome a roommate with another dog, as long as my dog can get used to them. She loves people but doesn’t always get along with other animals. That being said, cats are probably a no go. Other than my dog and I we have another roommate currently renting out a room in the basement which I’m currently in the process of refinishing, along with a few other areas of the house. Shared laundry room is in the basement. It’s a really quiet part of town and the house backs up to farm/ranch land to the east. Morning coffee and sunrises on the back deck are always a treat. Gravel driveway parking is included, I could also make the one car garage available for someone if really needed, we can discuss additional cost for that if necessary. There’s also space in the detached garage and also in the basement for storage if you need a place to store totes and whatever stuff you have that might not all fit into a single bedroom and closet. Oh also, I’m not in a rush to fill the room. I’d rather take my time and find a great person to share this space with. Household harmony is huge for me and I have to make sure this is a safe space for the people that live here and all of our friends and family. If you don’t believe in racial equity, women’s bodily autonomy, or LQBTQIA+ rights then please don’t waste my time or yours 🫶
