Spacious Room in Williamsburg Brooklyn - $/month + utilities

Hello! I am Sofia, years old, and looking for one roommate (preferably a female in their ’s) to share my 3 bedroom apartment in Williamsburg Brooklyn. The rent is $ per month plus utilities which are about $ for cable and electric. I am looking for someone to move in as soon as possible! Whether you are looking for a short-term or long-term stay, I am open to it all!

The apartment is conveniently located just a two-minute walk from the JMZ station at Marcy Avenue and a minute walk to the Bedford Avenue L train. Additionally, the Washington Plaza bus station is also a 2 minute walk. It's a great location for students with a gym, pharmacy, and laundry all within a short walk.

The building is well taken care of, and the people are very nice. I am a very clean and organized person, so it is important to me that whoever moves in is also keen on maintaining the space. 

There is a spare bedroom in the apartment that we use for guests and chilling. You are free to make use of this space as well.

You are also free to bring some of your own furniture and decorations to the apartment, but I already have a TV, microwave, couch, toaster, and all the essentials ready to go!
