We live downstairs from the landlord and our rent is $ total so we each pay $ with utilities included. We would split the price for internet which is the only utility that isn't included. You can try to use the upstairs internet but it's not very good.

Shared bathroom, it has a shower but no bathtub. Your room is a bit bigger sol have some space in the living room for my computer desk. Feel free to use the TV in the living room and any cooking supplies as long as you clean them immediately.

Laundry room is shared between the upstairs and downstairs so you shouldn't leave laundry in any longer than necessary either.

Overall, it's a good neighborhood with a low crime rate (haven't witnessed anything in the year I've been here), it's close to the freeway, close to many grocery stores, a gas station, and a goodwill.
If interested, don't call between AM and AM because I'm at work but you can leave a voicemail or a and get back to you ASAP.

(Move-In Fee is a deposit that you'll get back at the end of the lease).
