Hello my name is Martin, years old. My girlfriend () and I are seeking a roommate. We are currently looking at a luxury apartment near Marana. We both work from home so a 3 bedroom would be ideal so one room can be designated as an office. We have a cat so would ask you not to bring an additional pet. A few other preferences include: minimum credit score, open to month lease (minimum allowed by apartment complex), we are both introverts - don’t really invite people over that much so would be good if you are the same (totally fine for holiday parties etc though if that’s your thing), don’t smoke or do drugs, are clean and responsible / do your dishes (as we will be sure to do ours / have respect for common living area).
