Rent is $750/month, there is a $50/pet non refundable fee. All utilities EXCEPT electricity is included. House is in a quiet rural part of town just a convenient 30 mins from Duke University, 20 mins from Roxboro, and 25 mins from Oxford. I absolutely love this house! It has access to MILES of hiking/4 wheeling trails, deer and other wild life stop by the free flowing creek in the back yard, and you get to see the trees change color first hand!
