Looking for room near work

Description

I am looking for a room with walking, biking, and/or bus distance from my place of work. I do not smoke, drink, or party. I have a disabled cat who will have to remain in my room at most times and when unsupervised.

Wary of men so would prefer women roommates or lgbtq... Open to discuss.
Must be lgbtq and autism friendly.
