I'm looking for someone to take over my lease as I am withdrawing from school due to health reasons. The place is emeryville in an apartment building called Artistry Emeryville. The rent is $ a month minus utilities. You would be sharing the apartment with my roommate who is super nice, she's and getting her PhD at UC Berkeley. I have attached pictures and videos and if you would like a tour, please send a DM as well.

Ps: the furniture comes with the apartment except from the mattress.
