Hello there!
I am looking for 2 new roommates to take over the other of my lease. Or we can find a new place together in a similar area! I am LGBTQ+ friendly! My current roommates are moving out, but I decided I loved the spot and wanted to stay! The lease would start on October 1st. rent is + utilities. So with an even split it runs about $ a person.
A spot right next to City park on the th side! I have it fully furnished, but I am open new decor and whatever you want to bring!
