Lease takeover for room : Box Hill

I am looking for a female flatmate to take over my lease for my master bedroom from
October to
4 March.
The cost of the room is

per month excluding electricity and hot water bills. You will be living with another female flatmate. It is a 2 bedroom apartment. Your room will be a master bedroom with bathroom attached to it.

Amenities include dishwasher, oven, washing machine and intercom security. It is located on Prospect Street Box Hill. 5 min walk to Box Hill Shopping Centre. Bus and Train station.
