- Shared spaces - kitchen, dining, living, and laundry rooms.
- Looking for a female roommate to stay for one or more months. The space is not appropriate for more than 1.
- Work desk in your room.
- Free off-street parking.
- Exterior Security Cameras.

Please treat our home as your home. We are respectful and clean. We expect the same from our guests and roommates. Please maintain the same level of cleanliness as we have now.

Our home is on a double lot and backs up to a creek so there are no neighbors on two sides with a tall privacy fence on the other side. This large house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 3 guests (including you) plus the hosts.

Kitchen
• You are welcome to cook and eat at the same time we do or at a different time in the dining room.
• We have cleared some space in the kitchen cabinet for your food. If you need more space, let us know.
• All the pots, pans, dishes, etc. in the kitchen are available for your use. Please clean up as you go and make sure all is clean and put back before you finish.
• In respect for others, only light cooking or cock pot cooking. No oil frying or heavy cooking,
• Take out your trash regularly to the outside trash containers. The brown container is for all trash. The blue container is for recycling only. Do not put plastic bags in the blue trash container.

Laundry Room
• In the Laundry Room there is a Washer and Dryer.
• Please purchase and label your soap, fabric softener, and dryer sheets.
Groceries, coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, movies, gas
• There are grocery stores, restaurants, movies, gas close by.
