This house is in gated hoa community. It's quiet, safe, family friendly. Only traffic u see here are those who live or rent here, visiting guests, & services . No rif raf or wild parties. You have to adhere to hoa rules, the hoa gets strict on this,though they're fair & will give warning. You'll have your own full size fridge some pantry space. There's washer dryer shared of course. You may share fridge pantry share n bthrm with 2nd roomie.. owner has own bthrm.theres parking on driveway for up to 2, overnight parking avail on street, hoa will need to be notified if more than 1 nt here or there, they will boot or tow cars if abused/extensive. We have security patrolling here. I require car insurance & renters insurance, since we share home/kitchen. + for utilities- gas water electric hoa, wifi internet. Cable is in common area lr. No smoking in ir around the house. No vaping, no weed smoking around home Owner allergic to cats. No pitbulls, allow dogs on case by case basis extra fee applicable. me if serious only.
