Great Room in Spacious SF House

We have a beautiful room in the Presidio available November 1. If you need to move in sooner that can be arranged.

With views of the Golden Gate Bridge, access to open space and the Bay, the Presidio Residences is a perfect place for outdoor enthusiasts while also being close to the city. The apartment is ten minutes from the Marina/Cow Hollow, and close to hiking, biking, and beaches in Marin. We are also a 5 minute walk from the Equator Coffee Round House Cafe, 5 min walk to Movement rock climbing gym, minute walk to the Presidio Sports Basement, and min walk to Baptiste Yoga. All Presidio residents get a free shuttle access pass for the Presidio Go shuttle, which travels to downtown and back (Embarcadero BART station) on weekdays and weekends. We also have our own parking lot with easy access to parking (parking pass available $/month).

We are looking for someone who is easy going, and prefers quiet! We also prioritizes cleanliness, at least in the common spaces.

There is an in-unit washer/dryer, lots of storage (inside and out), a back patio with a grill and patio furniture, dining room and large living room, guest bathroom downstairs, and large kitchen. The lease allows for up to two pets and currently there are none in the home.

The room fits a queen bed and a dresser, and a small desk. The room has a big window and a standard size closet. You would be sharing a large bathroom down the hall with two other ladies. Bathroom use between 3 has always been smooth. Common spaces are furnished, bedroom is not furnished but if you let us know what you need - we have a spare desk.
