Large open lawn/small porch (lovely for summer evenings).
1 side of two sided garage *no electric garage door. A large vehicle may not fit. Street
parking available.
The house is furnished except for your personal spaces. Quiet, safe street within a
short walking distance to downtown Redmond. Bus stop and routes at bottom of hill.
Easy access by car to SR-.
Dedicated landlord: Meticulous yet endearing. Only onsite if there is a house or yard issue.

ME, YOUR FUTURE HOUSEMATE: Middle-age female. Amiable, easy going, mild mannered. Likes plants and upholstering small pieces of furniture. Employee of education who enjoys the summers off, outdoors, travel, detective/murder mysteries, audio books and random documentaries. I have one cat who is very personable and entertaining.
