We have a bedroom available October. There is no contract just month to month basis. Utilities are split equally among tenants. Utilities can vary month to month depending on usage. It could be between a month aprox. We are looking for someone responsible, stable, long term and clean. We have a couple long term renters currently renting, which is what we are looking for.
