Private Master Bedroom and Bathroom

Description

I live in a condo with dual master bedrooms. The bedroom for rent is large with big closets and has access to a large patio. There is a queen bed and standup desk. This includes utilities, cable and fast speed internet. Washer and dryer inside the unit. Tandem garage available. The kitchen is shared with appliances. I'm clean but not OCD. Looking for someone who is respectful and cleans after them self. Non smoker. The access to the freeway is mile away which makes it easy to commute. I have a small hypoallergenic dog and a cat both are super friendly.
