Room for rent in Clearwater

Hello! I am and currently looking for a female roommate for my ba duplex that I rent in Clearwater ( near the St Pete Clearwater airport). A quick minute commute to St Pete or Tampa. The rent would be $ plus
utilities (electric, water and WiFi). Ranging between $.
I do native landscaping for a living so I am typically working pm M-F and home in the evenings. My mom was previously living with me but has moved to assisted living. Looking for someone interested in moving in October (open to September if it makes sense) and willing to sign a year lease.

The attached neighbors are a nice quiet couple with a young child. The lawn maintenance is included in the rent and the yard is split front/back. I have converted the front into a butterfly garden and while it’s not as private as a backyard it is a large outdoor space to enjoy. The apartment has a washer and dryer but does not have a dishwasher. I love to cook but also consider myself very clean so it doesn’t bother me too much.

My ideal roommate would be within the ages of and either working or going to school full time. I have two indoor cats that are very quiet and low maintenance however I’m not sure about adding a dog to the household. I am a naturalist at heart so my main hobbies are music and anything outdoors. Traveling, hiking, camping or just chilling at the beach. Very into poetry, photography and creative endeavors.
