Hello! I am looking to add someone to my lease, preferably in their s, no gender preference I have lived with all. The space is a bit big for just me. I work from home as a software developer. I am clean (no trash or dishes around), I stay up pretty late and wake up around 8am. I have two cats that keep to themselves and will mainly be in my room where all their stuff is.
