Room Sublet

Hey, guys! I'm looking to sublet a room before October th. My home is an adorable bath duplex. Your room is ”. It has a backyard, driveway, and plenty of spaces to park. And it is a very friendly, quiet, and beautiful neighborhood! The room is $ monthly, which includes all utilities. It's off of I- and Sheridan.

I’m a Pisces in my early ’s. I’m outdoorsy, artsy, nerdy, active, and an extraverted introvert. I get along with everyone but I’m really hoping to make this house a home with whoever moves in. I have a service dog and a cat. I’m open to pets, but it is very important that any new pet(s) get along with my girls. I also board well-trained dogs from time to time.
