Renting one room

Description

This is a three bedroom townhome. Currently two men live in this home. I’m offering a room that is furnished with a bed and mattress. We can start with a month to month lease until you decide you want to stay long term. I would prefer another male but it Is a shared bathroom so if you’re a female you have to be comfortable sharing a bathroom with a man. I don’t have many rules, the only thing I care about is no smoking in the house and timely payments. There are four floors with the kitchen on the third floor and the rooms on the fourth.
