Private Bedroom and Shared Bathroom

Description

I am renting out a couple of the extra upstairs bedrooms in my house. The rent listed would be monthly for each room. This would include utilities (trash, water, electric, internet) as well as use of the kitchen, shared living rooms, deck/yard, and laundry room. The two bedrooms have a shared off-the-hall full bathroom. One of the bedrooms is currently rented (the green one with the mountain pictures). The other is still available at the moment (the blue one with the plant pictures). Both rooms are furnished now. I would be happy to work with any renters to adjust these accommodations if necessary.

The house has a decent driveway for off the road parking (limit: one working vehicle per licensed driving adult). The house is located in a nice neighborhood not too far from a Kroger and other shops/fast food facilities. There is also easy highway access. Florence is only about fifteen minutes away, and downtown Cincinnati is maybe twenty minutes away.

I do own a dog and an indoor cat. The tenant already renting the basement space has a dog as well. I would prefer not to add any more pets to the household at this time, but I am open to discussion. No partying, drugs, or alcohol (this one is open to discussion) on the property. We can have further discussions concerning rules about schedules, guests, noise levels, cleaning guidelines, and lease terms.
