Introvert needs a home

About me:
Hi, I'm Erik. Quiet, clean, responsible, introvert, borderline hermit. That described me pretty well. I'm a marketing manager at a local Realtor® association, and work PM, Monday - Friday there. I also have a side hustle with my business partner that usually keeps me working most days until 8 PM, possibly later. I don't smoke, I don't really drink, don't party, don't have friends, so I don't have people over ( I know, it's sad, I'm crying on the inside), and I can be a little bit of a neat freak. I also don't have any pets. Kinda lone-wolfing it out here. But really I just like a nice, clean, quiet place to live. I like kayaking, hiking, cooking, and probably other things. I live with a cat and dog, who, despite not being mine, follow me around everywhere and who I'll miss a lot, so animals are fine with me.
