Self-employed media professional looking for a quiet and clean co-tenant. I keep to myself, make sure my side of the street is picked up, and would be happy to give you latitude to enjoy the living room and office space as much as you want!

The bedroom contains a well-sized closet. A large hallway closet and large living room closet, along with hallway linen closet and drawers, would be available for your personal use.

There is also an office/studio space connecting the kitchen and hallway that is yours to use alone (doors are not locked, however).
