I'm on the hunt for a roommate to join me in a new apartment at WEST in the heart of downtown Orlando. The apartment is in a fantastic location with easy access to everything downtown has to offer!

Details:

Rent: $ per month (total)
Utilities: Approximately $ per month (average)
Split: Looking for an even split, so $ per person for rent + $ per person for utilities
You'll be part of the initial lease agreement, so it's a great chance to start fresh together.

About Me:

I'm a -year-old girl who works full-time, usually out of the house from : PM Monday to Friday.
I’m artsy and love creative projects, and I’m also a plant mom.
I don’t smoke or drink, but I don’t mind if you do as long as it's in your private space.
I have a great relationship with my boyfriend, but he has his own place.
What I’m Looking For in a Roommate:

A responsible and respectful individual
Someone who enjoys a clean and friendly living environment
No smoking or pets (preferably)
