I am renting out an extra room in my apartment in North Boulder right off of Broadway. I have lived here for 6 years now and just renewed my lease for an additional year. This apartment is fully furnished besides your bedroom, washroom, and closet space. The Room has it's own private bathroom with washer and dryer in unit. Not including the closet space in the bedroom, there is also an additional closet that would be all yours for extra storage. All the appliances are practically new and the common space is well kept.
Share apartment with 1 other person (myself). Rent is $ this is including utilities and internet.
First/Last Months deposit to move in (this can be negotiated).
1 year minimum rental period.
