Looking For Roomate

Hey I’m Alex. i just purchased a bath mobile home and I’m looking to rent a room for a few months. You will have you’re own private bathroom since I have my own. Theres no furniture in the home yet i still need to move out of my current residence but there is a washer and dryer in the home, wifi,

My ideal roomate:

* Male
* Job For 6 months or more with paystubs
* Must be ok with dogs I own 2 golden retrievers.
* Must have transportation
* no couples ( no exceptions )
* no pets ( no exceptions )
* no kids ( no exceptions)
* MUST provide government issued id ( i will need a copy)
* Must be willing to fill out forms required by front office ( my front office has to approve anyone living on the property )
* Must be willing to sign agreement between me and you for the terms of your stay. minimum 3 months maximum 6 months
* friendly ( but no cigarettes)
* I work from home so no loud music during the day or preferably at all
* Rents a month plus half the jea bill and half the water bill for the month .
