Room for rent

Description

Hello this is my sqft new build that I will be renting out rooms in. The house is located off of the and happy valley. Currently I already have one person who will be renting out one of the rooms. We are just looking for 1 person currently. There will be two bathrooms for each renter to use. The room will be carpet and have ceiling fans at the time of move in. The house is scheduled to be done September th but we will be doing some minor changes inside that will require the move in date to be a little bit past the th. There will be a leasing contract as well as house rules at the time of move in.

Rent is going to be $ plus utilities.
Utilities will be split 4 ways.

We do have dogs so no pets.
