There is a full gourmet kitchen, large private patio area with a sauna and hot tub as well as a game room with a pool table. Rent includes all utilities, as well as club privileges for the golf course fitness center large saltwater pool and restaurant. Bedroom is currently furnished with a very comfortable queen size bed, nightstand, and television, but if you would prefer the room unfurnished, we can work that out. Professional, respectful, non-smoking. No drugs, heavy drinking, or drama. Background check and employment verification required. I will work with lower credit scores.
