**Looking for female sublet only to live with 2 other females**

Currently looking to sublet my recently renovated private room and bathroom in Ridgewood. Close to the Myrtle-Wyckoff station, you will have easy access to the L and M trains.

It's on the first floor with a door to the spacious private backyard and a separate one to the kitchen/living space. The room is cooled and warmed by it's own modern mini-split.

You will share the apartment with two female roommates who are reserved and quiet, one of which who is nearly never home anyway. One roommate lives across the apartment and one lives in a downstairs room.

Pet friendly!

Laundry is technically not in-unit, but it's right outside our basement door so it is very convenient.

Water included. Gas, electricity and wifi separate and will be split in thirds amongst the tenants.

Pest free, good maintenance team and good vibes.
