Description

The property is located on the Northside of Jacksonville Florida in a very nice neighborhood. I have 2 rooms that are available that have a shared bathroom. Both rooms are located on the second floor of the property. I also live on the property. I am looking for tenants that can keep their space clean as well as clean up after themselves. All shared spaces are open for full use, including kitchen, living room, and pool table room. I usually cook big meals on the weekends and tenants are more than welcome to enjoy a delicious free meal every so often. I don't mind conversing and hanging out around the house with roommates.
