Room for Rent - Mission Valley Area

Hey there!
My name is Matt and I'm looking for someone to go in halves with an existing 2 bdrm unit here in the highly desirable Mission Valley area, across the street from Costco, Lowes, and IKEA, and about a min. walk to Snapdragon Stadium.

Also, the place is pretty much fully furnished, so I’m more interested in rooming w/ someone who doesn’t have a lot of household possessions (or is willing to put what they have in storage like I’ve done) so we don’t end up with “two of everything” in the common areas like the kitchen & living room.

Because these rooms are already furnished, and the furniture is in excellent condition, I would want someone who is CLEAN, hrthy, reliable, private, & easy to get along with, and respectful of property belonging to others.

With that said, here’s a little about me. I’m a laid back, easy-going, career-minded professional with a positive “can-do" attitude in just everything that comes my way. I use my critical-thinking skills at work, but I also enjoy using my hands to build/repair things, work on projects, play an instrument, etc.

I enjoy balancing my analytically inclined mindset (I LOVE teaching but am equally passionate about learning/experiencing new things!), with my creative side. Hobby-wise, I love dancing salsa, bachata, and other Latin dances & have been a salsa/bachata dance instructor for the past 8 years before moving to SD. I also have a great sense of humor & have no problems laughing at myself in the mirror! :)

Ok...well, that's enough for now. This profile is starting to get a little long-winded and, being the "people person" that I am, it would be a better use of our time to hash out the details over the phone or, eventually, face-to-face somewhere public if/when we decide we're good roommate matches for each other.
