Hi everyone! My roommate and I are looking to fill one bedroom plus a connected full bathroom in our 3 bedroom apartment. The room is spacious with a full mirror wall on one side, plus connected full bath.

We have one cat, and a rabbit, but unfortunately are not open to adding another cat or dog to our household— smaller pets are ok!

A little about my roommate and I: we are both year old working professionals
. We are semi-active and are overall very respectful and clean housemates. We enjoy spending time at the beach, going on walks, and the occasional night out (or in!)

We’d appreciate a housemate who has a similar lifestyle or interests and is generally pretty easygoing and respectful of our shared spaces— keeping a clean living space is very important to us. We both have a small pet so we really appreciate someone who cleans up after themselves, is attentive to closing/locking doors behind them and is just generally respectful of our pets safety.
